I needed a smaller-but-big, maneuverable tractor that could move through trees and lift a decent amount with loader and a grapple. My use doesn't include anything with ground engaging implements (aside from scraping/scooping with the loader) so I don't need horsepower at the drawbar or PTO, and the 3025 fit's the bill. It's reasonably stable on my slopes and has picked up everything I tried (well, except for "that big rock"). It's efficient, and my only wish is that it had been available with R14 tires providing a little better traction.
This tractor and equipment has been a life saver. Building stalls, horse runs, fencing, mowing, moving junk, moving cut down trees, burning burn piles, and so much more. Could not have done all this with out John Deere!!!! Hey
We've had our 3025E for nearly 2 months now and we've used it several times with different implements. We love the ability to do tasks we wouldn't have been able to do without it and the ease of operation.
Bought about a month ago and wish I would have bought it years ago.
So far I am very pleased that I purchased this tractor. It has saved me countless hours of back breaking labor around my property. The machine is very easy to use, it took very little time to get familiar with the controls for the bucket and for the rear blade and rear cutter. The tractor has more than enough power for what i use it for and I thoroughly recommend that this tractor be considered by others . The only thing that I wish that it was equipped with would be a rear view mirror.
Bought a 3025 from Quality Equipment in New Bern a few weeks ago and couldn’t be happier with my choice. The tractor is perfect for what I need and customer service from Quality is great!

I bought this tractor about 2 months ago for my 5 acre hobby farm and it does everything I want it to.
I’ve only got 18 hours on the tractor, but so far love it. Before this I owned a 4010 compact I bought new 22 years ago. Had 1300 hours on it and only minor repairs needed. Obviously the new tractor reflects 2 decades of advances. The larger size and HP are so far a great improvement. Several tasks pushed the 4010 pretty hard, but so far this tractor has tackled all tasks with ease. I think the size is better matched to my use. Using it to maintain our 4 acres. No mower, but have a box scraper, land plane, forks, tiller, snow thrower, and rear blade. Land plane is fantastic for maintaining our 270’ driveway. I also added the I-match that’s been a great move.
