This is my 3rd tractor, 1st was a 1025R which I really liked but didn't have much lifting power, 2nd was a 2025R which I felt was too top heavy and know I just received my 2038R. i had 2.5" spacers installed and filled the tires, what a difference having this big framed 2 series tractor. Love it. But what I would really like to shout out about is the service I received from Tabatha at United Ag & Turf in Rhome TX. I order my 2038R from the JD site cuz I didn't really care for the salesman when I bought my 2025R. Well ordering off of the JD site was fine and impersonal but got the job done. While waiting for the tractor to arrive at the UA&T dealer in Rhome TX. I had second thoughts on tire type, the spacers and the size of my ordered box blade. Tabatha from the Rhome UA&T said no worries and ordered a 2032 with the tires I wanted, ordered the JD Spacers and talked me into a 72" Land Level instead of the Box Blade. She had all the tires swapped and spacers installed when my tractor showed up and sold me the cheaper 72" Land Level. My tractor is perfect now and I'm very happy she talked me into the Land Level, so shout out to UA&T and Tabatha at the Rhome TX. location. They will from now on get all my business.
I love this machine! I only have 9.5 hours so far but I couldn’t be happier with this purchase.
The 2032R is a great unit. A definite step up from 1025R. The exception was that the service dept did not properly install options and resulted in multiple return trips to resolve improper installation of accessories resulted in massive hydraulic fluid leakage with loss of hydraulic fluid. I am hoping the fluid loss does not result in future failure of components. Very poor Quality control by the management to not have verified proper operation before delivery.
I have had my tractor for about a month. So far it has lived up to all of my expectations.
Fiest of all. My salesman was excellent . Did an excellent job of describing the loading and unloading of the mower deck and also physically showed me how. Also went over where to grease everything. Delivery was on time. After running the tractor at home, I must say for my purposes on my hills that the high range should be the low range and the low range could be lower for more pushing and digging power with the front end loader. I also think the placement of the key be higher on the dashboard and not low and in the middle of one's knees.
If the loader would not shift at mounting points like it was attached to a 3pt system in back, I would have gone to 4 stars and if I could have gone to regular tractor tires R-1's And was told that a Mechanical Self Leveling (MSL) Loader would be as extreme of a disappointment when trying to dump and basically no tilt back at all- I would never have gotten it--only reason i did was thinking it maybe safer for wife and daughter but with out functionality it is like trying to scratch an itch 6 feet away with a 3 foot stick. Only reason for 2 stars is service has been--umm - ok , parts department great -sales super - REAL service manager superb, mechanic -- ummm broke a thing and never disclosed it and ended up back for another couple days under warranty , The gals at the counters splendid personalities to talk with when checking out . If it weren't for the loaders sloppy movement at the posts and restrictions as great as they are with the MSL , It would most likely be 5 stars - i rather hate the loader with the MSL and the feel of it popping off at any time and having payments for another 80 months --yeah -- like that --- I guess one could argue for the safety but i could be to much of a worry wort too :[
I wanted a compact tractor to get into my cattle shed and this one works great and the loader is so easy to use
This is the second one that I’ve owned and it is powerful and compact at the same time
